I tried using the Fallout 3 unofficial patch installer and it doesnt run, prompting for a program to open it. This is strange, same as with the TATW installer.

How's that possible as no launcher ran when clicking the mod installer, because the installer got corrupted or something when downloading and my computer prompts me for a program to open it. When I go to options, a ver 1.52 is at the top right of the screen. Medieval Total War works fine with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10.
